Father of the Bride
My dad and bonus mom are truly incredible people. đ I wouldnât be the woman I am today without their help and guidance, and absolutely cannot wait to add this wedding to our treasure trove of memories together! đ„ł They have showed me that even though life is messy, if you choose Faith, Hope and Love, no mountain is too big to overcome! Theyâve shown me that no dream is too big, that every single one is achievable with enough prayer and dedication, and that the people we love are our most precious assets in this life â€ïž Thank you guys for everything tangible and intangible that youâve shared with usâ It means the world to us both!
Mother of the Groom
Karine (Momma Bear) and Nabil (Pops) have been the most amazing parents throughout my entire life. Their kindness, understanding, and teachings have all shaped me into the man I am today and for that I am forever grateful. We always look forward to seeing each other and spending quality time over a bottle of wine (maybe more than one...) and a good steak! There are still so many experiences in life that I will have questions about or will need help with - and I know with all my heart that I am blessed to have you both to help guide me. There aren't enough Thank You's in the world that would cover what you guys do for us -- Just know that we both Love You so so much. We cannot wait to celebrate this big day and all of the ones to come with you! Gros Bisous a vous deux <3
Mother of the Bride
Our wedding wouldnât be the same without my beautiful momâs presence, and I wouldnât be who I am today without the countless lessons I learned from her! She is both tough & loving, salty & sweet, and has a fire-cracker personality! She loves to have fun and will surely light up the room with her smile đ Thank you for helping make this moment so special for us- We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Father of the Groom
John (Papa) and Karine (Bonus Mom) are just the sweetest and most goofy parents. I am a carbon copy of my dad's personality and you can see it from a mile away. These two gave me the best childhood I could have dreamed of and continue to help guide me in all of my adult years. We have an ocean that separates our bodies but our souls are forever interconnected. This will be their first time in Texas and I am so ready to share some Texan culture with them. Merci pour tout ce que vous avez fait et continuez de faire pour nous. Nous vous aimons tellement et avons hùte de célébrer ce jour avec vous <3
Matron of Honor
I have known Lindsy for 24 years!! Our parents introduced us when I was 5 years old and since then she and I have been through everything together. Not many people are so blessed as to have a friend for that long EVER, much less before their 30s! Lindsy is not just a bestie, but a sister. She has seen me at my highest and at my lowest and I firmly believe that nothing could tear us apart. Plus, she knows too much to be cut loose at this pointđđ Seriously though, I don't know what I would do without this woman in my life, & I am thankful for her every single day!
Bridesmaid
Hailey is my younger sister, by 5 years or 6 depending on which one of us you ask đ€Ș (technically itâs a little over 5 years and 7 months, which is irrelevant but fun to mention haha! đ) We have obviously always been sisters, but became best friends in adulthood and now we get to watch each other grow through each curveball-turned- home run thrown our way! I can't wait to see what else life has in store for us! Hailey just married her new husband Isaiah two weeks ago, so be sure to congratulate them if you see them!
Bridesmaid
I met Olivia over the summer in 2020 while we were both servers at Towers Tap House in Little Elm. We worked one shift together and then basically asked âDid we just become best friends?!â Now we are going on year four of a friendship that gets stronger every day and I have zero doubts that she will be another forever friend! Liv and her fiancĂ© Will got engaged two weeks before Mat and I did, and they are getting married in November! They were gracious enough to let us go first so that we could get married on my Gaga's birthday since she can't be here with us to celebrate. â€ïž They are true friends to us both and we are incredibly blessed to have them in our lives! Cheers to finding your tribe on this wild ride we call life! đ„ & If you see Olivia or Will, be sure to congratulate them on their upcoming BIG DAY! đ
Bridesmaid
Casey is one of our AMAZING next door neighbors, who has become an irreplaceable friend over the years! â€ïž She and I will ârun overâ to each otherâs houses to share food or say hi and inevitably end up staying for hours each time đ Whether weâre painting in my studio, fawning over our pets or cooking out with our guys, the laughter never ends! Sometimes people simply come in to your life to stay, & getting to live next door to one of your best friends is everything itâs hyped up to be & more! đ Casey is one of the most kind and just generally fantastic women I've ever known. Thank you for being part of this life changing event with us, and for being a second home to our dogs while we're on our honeymoon lol! đ
Bridesmaid
Aubree is my youngest (for now đ) sister and the firecracker of the bunch! 𧚠Sheâs a social butterfly on a wrestling scholarship in Indiana, but took time out of her crazy schedule to be a part of our big day âșïžđ Aubree and I have so many things in common, and yet live totally different lives which I think is beautiful and excitingâ thereâs never a dull moment! On the surface weâre all rapid fire one- liners and witty quips, but underneath it all is the kind of love you can only have for a sister đ„°
Bridesmaid
Leila is my newest sister, and I feel so blessed to share that title with her! She is quiet and observant, especially when you first meet her⊠Once she warms up to you, though, you get to see just how creative, intelligent and funny she truly is! Despite (or maybe because of) the tendency for introversion from both of us, we hit it off the first time we met and now I couldnât imagine my life without her in it đ„° Leila is an avid dancer and has to miss a performance to be at the wedding, which she chose to do in order to celebrate with us and participate in the ceremony! It means the world to both me and to Mat because the day just wouldnât be the same without her. I canât wait to *officially* call her family! â€ïž đ€
Best Man
Yvon (Papi) is my biggest Mentor - He always has been, and he always will be. He is everything you could imagine in a Grandfather and so much more. Life with a Papi is bliss and one day (far from now) when I become a Grandpa - I will have the privilege of showing my Grandkids the love and support I got growing up. This man taught me everything I know about living a peaceful life. The countless hours spent by a lake or river fishing are impossible to count - He even keeps dated records of our adventures and prized catches. His other favorite past time is gardening and that's where I got my green thumb. He is a fantastic singer - a great cook - a calm teacher-- overall he is just a phenomenal human! No matter how much I write about him -- It doesn't come anywhere close to what he means to me. I am blessed that he can make it to this wedding and I will cherish that forever. He is everything a Gentleman should be and one day I will fill his shoes -- I am certain of it. Cheers to the Best Man I could have ever dreamed of having! Je T'aime Papi -- Pour Toujours <3 Zouave
Groomsman
Josh has always been one of my life-long friends. This man radiates positive energy and always has. What started out as soccer teammates over 20 years ago soon became endless nights playing video games, eating junk food, and drinking too many sodas -- honestly -- A teenager's dream! Our adult adventures span from rooming in college together to traveling across the Atlantic for a whole summer to visit my Family and Hometown. I am looking forward to all of the trips we will continue to plan and can't wait to see where life takes us! It is an Honor to have you as my Groomsman and I am so proud of the Man you have become.
Groomsman
Matt and I's friendship started at the peak of adolescence and it was a sight to behold. We have an inseparable bond that was forged through the wildest times in our lives. From random weekday WrestleMania Trips in Highschool, to visiting each other miles away while at different colleges -- He's always been a Best Friend. Matt's got a heart made of gold and a fire that will never be put out. We've been there for each other when the times were easy and we've been there for each other when the times were tough... That is something that will never change. Matt's newest chapter in life is becoming a Father so if you see him -- a congratulations is in order -- He is already a phenomenal Dad. It is an Honor to have you as my Groomsman and I am so proud of the Man you have become.
Groomsman
Brandon was one of my first childhood friends -- we lived close enough that a bike wasn't needed to get to and from each others house but far enough that I missed curfew countless times. We spent endless nights laughing way too hard at the dumbest things and countless Saturdays yelling over Alabama Football. We went to school together, worked together, and grew together. Fast-Forward to the adult years and when I see him it's like no time has passed - we are still the childish kids at heart and I don't think that will ever change. Love you BDubbs -- Dome It is an Honor to have you as my Groomsman and I am so proud of the Man you have become.
Groomsman
Adam and I met through college and got to hang out but it wasn't until I moved to DFW that our friendship really took off. All it took was one round of golf and laughing about yelling "Fore" too many times for us to realize we were gonna be real good buddies. We became such close friends that he opened up his home for me and we got to live together for 18 months. Adam has seen me at my lowest and my highest (that includes my golf scores), and watched me fall in love with the woman I am going to marry. This man constantly reminds me what devotion looks like -- To his work, his golf game, his wife to be (Megan) whom is also a dear friend of mine, and most importantly to himself. Your friendship is a blessing and I look forward to a long life with you in it! It is an Honor to have you as my Groomsman and I am so proud of the Man you have become.
Groomsman
Zach and I go way back -- We played youth soccer together, went to Highschool together, went to college together, and through all that time we became Best Buddies. I've always seen him as a Best Friend -- even during the times we didn't act like it towards each other. We didn't just see each other grow up -- we helped each other. We kept it real, we talked about everything good and bad, we compromised, we pushed each other to be better, and honestly -- I wouldn't be the Man I am today without him. I've never met anyone else quite like you buddy -- and I wish you all the best this world has to offer because you deserve every ounce. Zach's newest chapter in life is becoming a Dad to be - By the time the wedding is here he will have been a Father for a few months so if you see him -- a congratulations is in order -- He's everything a child could dream of in a Dad. It is an Honor to have you as my Groomsman and I am so proud of the Man you have become.
Groomsman
Eric and I met for the first time in Highschool through the friend group and I quickly realized he was going to be a great friend -- now that over a decade has passed -- I can genuinely say he is a forever friend. Eric ticked all 4 C's of the best friend box years ago -- Calm, Collected, Compassionate, and Competitive. I get to hang out and talk with him almost every day while playing online games and when our schedules align we go out and play a round of golf! Our most shared value is the respect for Food and Family. Maybe it's the way we were raised, maybe it's just in our DNA, but at the end of the day -- He's family and we both know we can always count on each other. It is an Honor to have you as my Groomsman and I am so proud of the Man you have become.
Groomsman
Remi (Little Bro) is full of life and getting ready to do some big things like Graduating High School and going to College. We grew up 13 years apart and somehow act the same age when we are together! He is an avid singer (and truly great at it), loves comedy, and is always the first one to break the silence with a joke. He is a honorable Man and devoted to his faith, and although I am older and taller than he is... I look up to him in ways even he doesn't know. I cannot wait to see what life has in store for you buddy, and I will always stand by your side. If you find yourself lost at this event -- Remi's your go to guy. Love ya bro -- Thank you for being the best version of yourself! It is an Honor to have you as my Groomsman and I am so proud of the Man you are becoming.
