What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 2:00pm - 2:30pm. Parking will be on the south side of the building and you can follow the signs to the ceremony on the second floor of the building. Elevator is on the west side of the building.

Is there a dress code?

Please come as business formal.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Whilst we love little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding. Please make accommodations if you have little ones under the age of 18.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes- There is open parking off street, the south parking lot from the venue and across the street next to the River Walk.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle to the hotels but if you book any hotel near the venue it is a lovely walk along the River Walk to the hotels on Santa Fe Ave.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We would recommend a hotel off of Santa Fe Ave as it is a short walk to the Venue
