Maryssa was prepared for a typical Thursday night hangout with friends, ready to sing the night away at karaoke. Brian and his friends had gotten together to donate blood then found themselves craving wings. Little did Maryssa and Brian know, this Thursday night would change their lives forever. After a song or two, Maryssa noticed Brian from across the room. With the nudge of her friends and the confidence of a strawberry margherita, she figured, "why not!" and went over to say hello.
