Feel free to have fun with colors and style—we’d love to see you feeling comfortable and looking your best! The ceremony will be outdoors, we recommend bringing a light layer in case it gets chilly and choosing footwear suitable for grass or uneven ground. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

We kindly ask guests to arrive anytime after 3:30 PM to get settled before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please note that late arrivals may be asked to stand and quietly watch from the back to avoid disruptions. Thank you for helping us create a smooth and special moment!
Yes! We’ll be hosting a welcome party the night before the wedding for anyone who’s arrived early and wants to kick off the celebration with us. It’s a casual evening to mix, mingle, and get excited for the big day! Details are located under the schedule tab—we’d love to see you there!
Yes, parking for the ceremony and reception is under the hotel! Follow the signs and directions to the front of the hotel, and you will find the underground parking option. If you would prefer to park in the Harbor Village parking lot, which is located behind the hotel and wedding venue, that is also an option!
Yes!! Please let us know if there is an allergy that we should take into consideration, as the food will be buffet style!
Unfortunately, if you choose to stay at a hotel off-site, there will be no transportation provided from your hotel to the venue. Many hotels and Inns are within walking distance, but some are not. We recommend that you stay at Oceano to enjoy yourselves and not have to travel too far after the celebrations!
