Sweetwater Wetlands Park
Sweetwater is a gorgeous nature trail where you can spot tons of wildlife, including alligators and many birds! Be sure not to bring pets :) This trail is really special to Erin and I as we would come here a lot when I visited and before we adopted Winnie.
UF Bat Houses
This is home to the largest bat houses in the world!! Erin took me here right after we moved in together and I was amazed by all of the bats swarming. It might be a little out of season in March (smaller swarm) but still a really cool sight to visit.
Bragging Rights Amusements
This is a super fun arcade where you pay one entry fee of $25 and then play unlimited games! There's a bar available, but it's kid friendly as well. Tons of old retro and other unique games.
La Chua Trail
Another amazing trail to check out with alligators galore!
First Magnitude Brewing Company
A lovely little brewery with food trucks right by our apartment. Great place to hang out and grab a drink and bite to eat!
