What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire, or truly whatever is most comfortable for you! Our dress code is not particularly formal (no tuxedos or gowns required!) but the bridal party will be in floor length dresses. If you feel best in sneakers, love it, wear them! We want you to be able to dance :)

Will this be a kid-friendly wedding?

All little ones are so welcome at the ceremony, but we ask adults only attend the reception.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typically the weather is beautiful in early September in Rochester (knock on wood!) with the average high being in the mid 70's.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is ample free parking in the St. Louis lot, as well as in the large lot at Hotel Canandaigua. We will update you if there are any further directions on where to park for the reception.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors in a church, and the reception will take place in a tent. The tent is permanent and substantial (with a concrete floor and side flaps, etc)

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be so missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
