Monica is one of the few people alive to refer to the bride simply as "Mary" and that is because she and the brides have been friends since birth (before MaryKathryn's parents decided to refer to her by both names). Growing up across the street from each other and born weeks apart meant that the two became lifelong best friends. Their journeys through life have often mirrored one another allowing them to unconditionally support each other through their hardest moments.

Alexandria Braun

Alexandria is one of the most cherished people in the bride's life. She made MaryKathryn an aunt when she was just six years old. Growing-up with a niece so close in age allowed for a relationship that is rarely found between aunt and niece. Alexandria has been the embodiment of unfailing love and support. Brian often says that the key to getting MaryKathryn's family to like him was by befriending Alexandria first - her approval means everything to the Brauns.

As the only sister to the groom Lucy has a special place in Brian's heart but also in MaryKathryn's. It was during the many weekend trips to the boat, sharing a bunk together, that MaryKathryn and Lucy formed a tight friendship. Over the years Lucy has been witness to the couples struggles and achievements lending her love and encouragement always. She is an integral and cherished part of the bride and groom's lives.

Charlotte Braun

Charlotte, niece of the bride, is a charming and vivacious young lady whose laughter and love have filled the lives of Brian and MaryKathryn since the day she was born. Brian met Charlotte in the hospital mere hours after she entered the world - he was the first person she ever scowled at. Since then he has become one of her favorite people (because she knows she can always talk him into playing hide and go seek). MaryKathryn and Brian are blessed to have her join them on this most special day.

Emmalynn Imms

Flower Girl

Emmalynn is niece to the bride and groom in all but blood. Her father, Christopher, is best friend and brother to the Braun siblings and her mother, Elizabeth, is dear friend to the bride. Brian attended one fateful barn dance just weeks after the he and MaryKathryn began dating - Emmalynn was just a few months old. As the years have passed the couple has watched her grow into an incredible young lady who passion and zest for life is unparalleled.
