We will be serving Walt Wines at the wedding and their tasting room is on the Sonoma Square. They have the best Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. Call and make a reservation for a tasting!

Bartholomew Estate Winery

Bartholomew Estate Winery

1000 Vineyard Lane, Sonoma, CA 95476
, (707) 509-0540

MK worked in the tasting room here in the summer between ND and UCSB. It is a gorgeous spot to picnic and wine taste, and the property has a long and storied history. The tasting room is also home to a fun exhibit on Sonoma History, and a 2 mile hiking trail winds through the hills behind the winery.

Gundlach Bundschu Winery

Gundlach Bundschu Winery

2000 Denmark Street, Sonoma, CA 95476
, (707) 938-5277

One of MK and Will's favorite wineries in town, "Gun Bun" has a lovely patio overlooking a pond and vineyards and a wine cave you can tour, and its just down the street from our wedding venue (if the one throwing the stone is Captain America). Pro-tip: buy a bottle and hike over the hill to the lawn overlooking the vineyards for a gorgeous and private picnic spot.

HALL Wines St. Helena

HALL Wines St. Helena

401 Saint Helena Highway, St. Helena, CA 94574
, (707) 967-2626

If you find yourself over in nearby Napa for wining and dining, be sure to visit Hall. We will be serving Hall wines at the wedding and MK's mom works here. They are known for their Cabernet Sauvignon and have some of the best in the valley. Make a reservation for a tasting.

Roche Winery

Roche Winery

The Roche family are good people that make great wine - the tasting room on the Plaza is usually a very lively place to hang out!

The Swiss Hotel

The Swiss Hotel

18 West Spain Street, Sonoma, CA 95476

Awesome Italian food on the Plaza. The bar is a favorite spot for Sonoma locals of all ages - order their famous coffee cocktail, the Glarifee - you won't regret it!

Murphy's Irish Pub & Restaurant

Murphy's Irish Pub & Restaurant

464 1st Street East, Sonoma, CA 95476

A classic Sonoma establishment. Mr. Murphy, the man who opened this place ages ago was actually MK's Mom's high school art teacher! And MK and her MOH, Jessica, used to Irish Dance on a sheet of plywood on the cobblestones outside the bar every St. Patrick's day when they were kids. Its a great spot for drinks and casual eats.

Basque Boulangerie Café

Basque Boulangerie Café

460 1st Street East, Sonoma, CA 95476

Great simple café for lunch or breakfast - this place makes the best French bread in town!

Sonoma Overlook Trail

Sonoma Overlook Trail

198 1st Street West, Sonoma, CA 95476

This fun 3 mile hike up to a grassy meadow on top of a hill rewards you with an excellent overlook of the town below. It is one of MK's favorite places to take visitors and the trailhead is just a hop, skip and a jump from the plaza

For all the days along the way
