Things To Do

BAD Alfred's Distilling

323 High Street, Chestertown, MD 21620
, 443-282-0163

Really good spot to eat for lunch or dinner, Mary Kate's Grandma and Pap introduced it to Mary Kate to celebrate getting engaged. Like their website says, Good Drinks, Good Spirits, Good Pizza, which is so true, and their Poblano Popper appetizer is a must.

Sugar Doodles Sweet Shop

315 High Street, Chestertown, MD 21620
, 443-282-0007

Great place to go for a sweet treat, has Vanderwende's ice cream (local dairy farmers that make their own ice cream, multiple different stores carry the ice cream around Delmarva). They have acaï bowls to get your day started, and extreme milkshakes that you definitely need a friend to share with.

Chestertown Farmers Market

118 North Cross Street, Chestertown, MD 21620

This is has been a favorite for Mary Kate and her family since she was a kid, the market goes from 8am-noon, every Saturday, and has all sorts of different vendors. It's the perfect morning activity before getting ready for the wedding!
