When should I book accommodations?

Answer

As soon as you can! The hotels in the area say they are booking up quickly, and Airbnbs are always popular. So if you want to stay somewhere close, book as soon as you're able!

What should I wear?

Answer

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately due to space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be written on the formal invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we would love to see the little ones, we have decided to keep it an adults-only event. Make it a date night on us!

Where will the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Good news! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same place! They will all be held outdoors, so plan accordingly! If we have a colder October, then no worries, we will have fire pits and gas heaters around the reception area.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

As much as we love the candids, we have photographers and videographers there on site that will get the best shots. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony, we will have a time before the ceremony starts that you can snap away of us at the altar!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have people organizing where to park so we can optimize space, and will have golf carts from the meadow where you park, to the ceremony and reception space. You may leave your car over night if you’ve been drinking, and then retrieve it in the morning!

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle that will take you back to your lodgings for the night within 15 minutes of the venue! If you are drinking please make sure you have a sober driver! We do not want to worry about others on our day!
