Check in is at 4pm, so unless you are able to get early check-in or come to town the night prior, please plan to check-in after the 3:30pm ceremony (there is an hour and a half gap between the end of the ceremony at 4:30pm and the beginning of cocktail hour at 6pm so you have plenty of time to check-in after the ceremony!) The shuttle will pick up from the Delta Hotel starting at 5:45pm.

Residence Inn Baltimore Hunt Valley

The Residence Inn is offering a 15% discount to our guests. When booking, please be sure to update the dates to our wedding weekend. The discount is valid for Friday, September 9th and Saturday, September 10th. Check in is at 3pm, so unless you are able to get early check-in or come to town the night prior, please plan to check-in after the 3:30pm ceremony since Loyola's Chapel is 25 minutes from the hotel. There is an hour and a half gap between the end of the ceremony at 4:30pm and the beginning of cocktail hour at 6pm so you have plenty of time to check-in after the ceremony! Based on the amount of guests who booked rooms at the Residence Inn Hotel, we will now provide one shuttle ride promptly at 5:30pm. If you miss this shuttle, you can catch one at the Delta Hotel, which will run continuously beginning at 5:45pm, OR you are welcome to Uber or drive to the venue as there is plenty of parking available.

If you would like to rent an Airbnb, you can search homes in Cockeysville, Hunt Valley, Glencoe Sparks, Sparks, or Phoenix. Any rentals in these areas surrounding Hunt Valley Country Club would be about a 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft or car ride.
