We LOVE your children... but you deserve to enjoy a night out without them so please leave them at home with the sitter!
Yes, please get both doses of the Covid-19 vaccine before attending our wedding, and preferably the booster shot as well. We want everyone to feel safe and stay healthy. If you will not be vaccinated by then, please receive a negative test at least 72 hours prior to the wedding.
Cocktail attire please, and make sure you wear/bring comfy shoes for the dance floor!
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We will not be providing shuttles from the hotels to the ceremony at Loyola. Please plan to check-in at the hotels after the ceremony if you are arriving Saturday and cannot get early check-in. We have allotted an hour and a half between the end of the ceremony (4:30pm) and the beginning of cocktail hour (6pm) so you have plenty of time to get from Loyola to the hotel for check-in if needed.
There will be free street parking available on North Charles Street and Cold Spring Lane (all surrounding Loyola's campus).
Yes! Based on the amount of guests who booked rooms at the Residence Inn Hotel, we will now provide one shuttle ride promptly at 5:30pm from the Residence Inn. We will have continuous shuttle service from the Delta Hotel to Hunt Valley Country Club, where the reception will be held (10 minute ride) beginning at 5:45pm. If you would prefer to drive your car to the venue, there is plenty of parking available.
Yes! Both Loyola's Chapel and Hunt Valley Country Club are accessible. Loyola Chapel: There are seven accessible parking spaces in the Jenkins Lot, which is located off of Cold Spring Lane. However, any available space will accommodate any guest needing accessible parking. When facing the Chapel, the accessible entrance is on the left side of the building. Hunt Valley Country Club: There are plenty of accessible parking spots close to the entrance of the venue. When facing the venue, the accessible entrance is to the right of the building. This entrance is where all guests will enter for cocktail hour.
