Helpful Information

We've listed out some helpful information below to guide you, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions . We're happy to help!
Question

What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, though we invite you to arrive as early as 5:00 PM to enjoy live music in the vineyard and a glass of bubbly before we begin. For the exact location of the ceremony site, we’ve included a map in the Travel tab.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Mid-May in Napa Valley offers some of the most delightful weather of the year. Days are typically sunny and warm, with average highs in the low to mid-70s°F and evenings cool down to the upper 40s or low 50s°F. Rain is rare this time of year, and the skies are often clear, making it perfect for outdoor activities and vineyard strolls. We recommend bringing layers: think light dresses or short sleeves for the daytime, and a sweater or jacket for the cooler evenings.

Question

Is this an outdoor celebration?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place in the heart of the vineyard, right on the grounds of Estate Yountville. After we say “I do,” the celebration will continue just steps away at the Social event space, where we’ll gather for dinner and enjoy an intimate evening with our closest friends and family. All events will be held outdoors, so we encourage guests to bring layers for comfort as the evening cools.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our wedding website by April 1st, 2026.

Question

Attire

Answer

We kindly ask that guests dress in formal attire to help us celebrate in style. Think suits or tuxedos for men, and long dresses or chic cocktail dresses for women. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so we recommend dressing with comfort in mind.

Question

End-of-Night Transportation

Answer

We highly recommend arranging your transportation in advance. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, but due to limited late-night availability in Yountville and the surrounding Napa Valley region, wait times can be unpredictable after dark, especially on weekends and during busy seasons. To ensure a smooth and stress-free departure, we suggest scheduling your ride-share pickup ahead of time or coordinating with a local car service.
