What is the dress code for welcome event, and wedding?
Answer
Our welcome event will be Grove attire - AKA your Sunday's best! The wedding will be black-tie/formal attire.

How do I get to Castello Del Trebbio on Sunday, and what time is check-in?
Answer
Check-in is at 4 PM, and our welcome event will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We will arrange an opt-in car service for those who would like for us to arrange transportation. Cost is TBD. Additionally, there is no extra parking fee should you wish to rent a car.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We have secured accommodations from May 11 - 14, 2025 at the venue. We will be sending each guest rooming information after we have received the RSVP.

Do we need to attend all events on the schedule?
Answer
Yes, but that's for your benefit! Castello Del Trebbio is located in the heart of Tuscany, so there are not many dining options for you to choose from. We have created these events over the 3-days as a way for all of us to spend time with each other, and enjoy the wonderful destination.

Do we need to pay for the accommodation, and meals outside of rehearsal and wedding dinner?
Answer
No, we are covering all accommodations, and meals for those staying at Castello Del Trebbio. However, we do ask you put your credit card down at arrival for any incidentals, or should you want to purchase wine or olive oil (trust me, you will!)
