Please let us know your plans by March 15th. We need final headcounts for the venue and each event.
We would love to celebrate with everyone, but due to travel logistics and venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest or your family, they are included. Thank you for understanding!
Chios is a Greek island in the Aegean Sea, located just off the coast of Turkey. Most guests will fly into Athens International Airport (ATH) and then continue to Chios by plane or ferry. The flight to Chios arrives at Chios Island National Airport (JKH) and takes about 45 minutes, while the ferry brings you directly to the Port of Chios and takes about 8 to 9 hours. For this reason, we recommend flying if possible. Guests traveling from Turkey can also reach Chios by ferry from Çeşme.
Transportation will be provided for all scheduled events. Pick up and drop off locations will be communicated closer to the wedding date.
We recommend renting a car if you plan to stay in Chios beyond the wedding dates or would like to explore the island on your own. Chios is a large island with many beautiful beaches and villages that are easiest to reach by car. A few car rental options are listed on the Travel page. Taxis are also readily available for day to day transportation, and most hotels can help arrange them. The Chios port is within walking distance of all the hotels we have recommended and offers plenty of restaurants and cafes. Transportation will be provided for all scheduled wedding events.
Wedding events will take place from May 14th through May 17th. We recommend arriving at least one day early on Wednesday, May 13th, and departing on Monday, May 18th. We will be in Chios starting May 10th and would love to spend extra time together if you are able to come early or stay longer!
Yes. Dress code details are listed for each event on the Schedule page. On the wedding day, guests will wear the same outfit from the church ceremony through the end of the night.
