Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire: Dress comfortably in cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, sports coat/blazers and slacks. The reception and ceremony will be inside, coupled with an outdoor cocktail hour.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony at 3pm, 30 minutes prior to start time.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes - there is complimentary parking available at the church and reception.

Is there transportation?

Answer

We will have transportation from the hotel to/from the reception venue. There is no transportation from the hotel to the church. There is parking available at the church. Plan for a 10-15 minute drive from hotel to church.

What should we do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Check in to the hotel if you haven't already, or take a quick moment to refresh before catching the hotel shuttle to the reception! You can also head over to Independence Grove Nature Preserve early and walk around, sit by the lake or grab a brew at the Beer Garden overlooking the water (check Things To Do page). We'll have a full cocktail hour at 6pm though so plan accordingly :)
