We so appreciate everyone traveling to spend our special day with us! We hope to have you stay in the best locations with the most affordable rates. We recommend staying downtown as it’s the most ideal location for exploring Charleston, and is closest to the venue and other wedding events. Listed below are a few options/suggestions, but feel free to stay wherever you feel most comfortable. If you prefer a more beach-centric weekend, there are AirBNB options on Folly Beach, Isle of Palm & Sullivan's Island, but they are about 20-30 minutes from downtown. Flight
Charleston International Airport
CHS is the main international airport that serves the area, and is located just 12 miles from downtown Charleston. Southwest Airlines is a great option as they offer many direct flights to/from Charleston!
Rental Car
Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise & Hertz
There are several rental car companies at the airport which should make renting super easy, should you so choose to do so. Make sure you are renting from the airport location- sometimes they have shuttles from the airport to the rental car locations closer to downtown, which isn't bad but not as convenient as going right from the plane to your car.
