What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please fill out your RSVP by May 25th. This gives us enough time to convey final headcounts to the venue and the caterer. We appreciate your timely response!

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

Ballard Meadows is located at 38 W Ballard Rd, Colbert, WA 99005. When the driveway splits, please take the gravel driveway to the right and follow the signs to guest parking. This will take you around the backside of the buildings to the main parking lot.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue, so driving will be easiest. There will not be a shuttle service, so please plan accordingly!

Have you reserved blocks or rooms at hotels?

Answer

No. Please check out the "Travel" tab for lodging options in the area.

What is the dress code?

Answer

First and foremost, please wear whatever you already have in your closet and that you feel comfortable in. If you are looking for some inspiration, we recommend Garden Party cocktail! Think colorful, whimsical, floral. It gets warm here in late June but you may want to bring a light layer for the evening.

Are plus ones allowed?

Answer

Your RSVP will specify whether you have a plus one. If the RSVP does not say plus one, then please just bring yourself!

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm, but doors will open at 3:30. Please ensure you arrive with enough time to find your seat before the ceremony begins. If you arrive at or after 4 we will join you after the ceremony for cocktail hour and the reception.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Primarily outdoors, but there will be a covered patio for dinner and an indoor space where drinks will be located.
