Are There Other Wedding Weekend Events I Can Attend?
Answer
Yes! We are hosting a welcome party on a Chicago boat cruise on Friday, September 13 at 5:45PM. We believe Chicago is best experienced from the water, and we would be honored to have all guests in attendance. Please be mindful the boat will depart at 5:45PM sharp. We hope to see you there!

Where Will the Wedding/Reception Take Place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Lytle House in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago. Our ceremony starts promptly at 5PM on Saturday, September 14th. Cocktail hour and ceremony will be held in the courtyard, dinner and dancing will be indoors.

Will There Be Transportation to the Wedding?
Answer
Yes! We will have a bus departing from the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in downtown Chicago at 4:30PM on Saturday September 14th, and returning at the end of the night. Our hotel recommendations are all within walking distance of the Waldorf.

Is There a Dress Code
Answer
Dress code for the welcome party is boat cocktail party--take that however you please and have fun with it! Wedding dress code is late summer formal. The wedding and reception will take place in a mixed indoor/outdoor setting. September is a beautiful time of year in Chicago, but keep an eye on the weather as the day approaches!
