Here are some of our favorite things to do in Montauk!

For the best morning walk and scenic views, take our favorite cliff walk located at Shadmoor State Park.  The entrance to the park is just a quick walk from town.  Follow Surfside Avenue until it ends at the entrance to the park.

Here you can rent bikes, e-bikes, scooters, and mopeds to ride all around the beautiful Montauk sites (i.e. Ditch Plains Beach, Camp Hero State Park, Montauk Point Lighthouse, either of the North / South points of the Lake Montauk channel)

Montauk Surf & Sports

One of Montauk's most iconic attractions, go visit the Montauk Point Lighthouse which has amazing views of the cliffs as well as hike its paths or take a visit to the museum for some historical background of the town / lighthouse.

Our favorite brewery and a must visit destination for beer lovers, head on over to the Montauk Brewery which is located at the edge of town for some pints in between the festivities.

While there are many beautiful beaches to visit in Montauk, the most convenient which is located in town is the one right next to Bounce Beach Montauk (i.e. the old Sloppy Tuna).

One of the best sunset cocktail bars / casual dinner spots in Montauk. Please note, they don't take reservations so would recommend getting there on the earlier side otherwise you may have a long wait.

The Montauket

A more upscale dining option for guests if you are looking for some of the best seafood and views on the island.  Please note, they do not take reservations so get there early!

One of the trendier spots in Montauk! Located right on the bay with great outdoor seating.

Navy Beach, Montauk

Another one of our favorite restaurants in Montauk!  Great family style menu for large groups and a beautiful outside garden space.
