Best Western Rochester Hotel Mayo Clinic Area/St. Mary'S

FYI: check in isn't until 4pm (ceremony start time). They may allow early check-in but not guaranteed. Please reach out if you need a place to leave items or get ready. We will have some rooms booked for Friday night that guests can use Saturday during the day! We have a block of hotel rooms. Please mention McCoy/Olofson wedding block to get the group rate. A shuttle to the venue will be leaving from the Best Western Parking lot for all wedding guests in need. Wildwood (restaurant/bar) attached to the hotel. Grocery and convenience stores in walking distance.

Shuttle to Venue

September 24, 2022 2:15 pm - 11:30 pm

A 30 minute shuttle will be leaving promptly at 2:15pm and 3:15pm from the Best Western Mayo Clinic and 3 returning shuttles at 10:00pm, 11:00pm, 12:00pm. Please use shuttle if you plan to drink or have a safe ride home! You can park your car overnight at Steeplechase Shuttle updates will be sent day of via event texting. Lyft and Uber are another option to getting a safe ride home
