What should I wear?

Answer

This is a black tie event. Formal evening attire is requested—floor-length gowns or dressy cocktail dresses for women and tuxedos for men. Please dress for elegance, and consider a light wrap or jacket for outdoor portions of the evening. If you don't own a tux, no need to worry. The Black Tux has tons of great, affordable rental (~$150) or purchase options. Alan has used them before and recommends them highly. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, in one of the museum’s scenic garden areas. The reception will be held indoors in one of Crystal Bridges' private event galleries.

Yes! Complimentary parking is available on-site at Crystal Bridges.

We’re having an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones and cameras tucked away. We’ll be sharing professional photos after the event so you can enjoy the moment with us.
