Arrival/Check-In

Guests are welcome to arrive on Tuesday, July 7 to relax and enjoy the ranch, hot springs, and amenities or on Wednesday, July 8 for the ceremony and reception. *If you are staying on site, check in for cabins and lodge is technically not until 4 pm, but they said we will likely be able to check in at noon if the rooms/cabins are cleaned. Regardless of check in time, guests are welcome to arrive in the morning/early afternoon to enjoy the hot springs and amenities.
Ceremony Rehearsal
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

This rehearsal is for friends and family who are part of the ceremony.
Welcome Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
We invite all friends and family to join us for a cookout on the ranch! Grilled burgers, brisket, chicken, hot dogs, ribs, and veggie burgers/dogs will be provided. We welcome any additional food contributions!

Smart Casual: Sundresses, Khakis, and Collared Shirts Welcome
Shuttles will begin bringing guests to the ceremony site at 4:00. Please note, this will be an unplugged ceremony 📵
Mocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

There will be a few light bites in addition to mocktails, soft drinks, and NA bevies. Please note, no alcohol will be provided.
Reception
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Dinner will be a pasta buffet which includes penne a la vodka and pesto pasta with salad and breadsticks. Alcohol will not be provided during the reception.
