The safety of our family and friends is of the utmost importance! We have made arrangements ahead of time to ensure that this event is as safe as possible, including hosting mostly outdoor events. While the reception is indoors, the venue has vaulted ceilings and the doors on all sides slide open. We will also utilize a HEPA air filtration system and place people at tables based on their living situation. Members of one family/household will be at the same table, roommates will be at the same table, etc. Finally, we are expecting no more than 100 guests, which is still regarded as an intimate function by Eagle County. If COVID is still widespread in September and we have guests who have not yet received the vaccine, we will be requesting that they get tested within 5 days of arrival. Given the accessibility of at home testing kits, this should be relatively simple. Please feel free to bring any additional questions or concerns to us!
YES! For those who are interested, we have hired two mobile bars to take guests safely from Vail Village to the wedding and back.
