Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have some time off, we politely request no children, with the exception of immediate family or those with nursing infants. Knowing our wedding is out of state for some, we hope we have given sufficient time to arrange care for your little ones while you’re away!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no parking available for guests at the ceremony/reception. We will have a shuttle available at the RIT Inn to and from the reception (please see details in Travel section)

Question

Will the shuttle be picking up/dropping off at any other hotel besides RIT Inn?

Answer

No - the shuttle will only be picking guests up and dropping off at the RIT Inn. If you are staying elsewhere and want to use the shuttle, please park at the RIT Inn. There is no parking at the venue

What will be served for dinner/where do I choose my meal?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style, so no need to choose ahead of time. There will be salad, rolls, a chicken and carved meat option, a vegetarian option, and a few sides to choose from. Please let us know if you have any questions

Will there be a cash or open bar?

Open bar! Drinks are on Ruby, Uma & Rocco

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors (reception will be under a tent)
