Where am I able to stay, hotel accommodations ?

Ask for the Olhoft/Bladholm Wedding Block October 11 & 12, 2024 Discounted Rate of $129 + Tax per Night Travel Lodge: (hotel connected to the venue) 30 rooms (Double Queen beds, Single King Beds) AmericanInn by Wyndham (10 rooms) • Double Queen beds, 4 Single Kings, 4 Single Queen 2 Single Queen with Handicap accessibility Baymont Inn (30 rooms) 15 Double Queen beds & 15 Single King Beds 86 rooms each night total throughout these hotels, many hotels available also in the Fargo/Moorhead area only 50 minutes away from venue. Taxi services will be available, prefer that everyone has a safe place to stay and ride home!

Can I take photos during ceremony?

Answer

We ask that there is NO photos during ceremony so that it can be a more intimate event with no distractions and so that there is no flash that could alter the professional photos being taken by our photographer. Don't worry we will share all of them and you may take as many photos as you would like during the reception. Thank you all in advance for honoring our wishes!

Will there be an open bar or complimentary drinks?

Answer

No open bar, but their will be some complimentary options of Champagne with our DIY Champagne Wall & Sparkling cider:)

Whats the Timeline of events?

Answer

4pm Ceremony, Ideals some quick photos with wedding party by 5pm latest and transition into reception, supper by 5:30pm with speeches & slideshow, then 6pm cake cutting. Desserts by 6:30 Dance w/ Chex mix & pretzel snacks by 7pm, then party until midnight. Following day on Sunday: Complimentary breakfast & brunch with gift opening by noon

What should I wear?

Answer

Be yourself, formal attire is preferred. Fall & Boho is the theme with tones of Burgundy, Blush Pink, Tans, Golden shades Some variety of orange and red blends.
