Parking: important!!

This is VERY IMPORTANT for people who are driving to the party! Please follow the below rules regarding parking along the side of the road, to avoid angry neighbors/the cops showing up/getting towed: Park only on the right side of Abbey Road as you go up the hill (either leading up to or past the house) Park as far onto the grassy shoulder as safely possible, so as not to block traffic Do not park closer than one car’s length away from either side of anyone’s driveway

Shuttle from Kingston to The Wheelhouse

For those who have reserved the shuttle bus, here’s what to expect: There will be two 20-passenger short buses. One bus will be waiting at 2:45pm at the Best Western parking lot to load 20 passengers. The other bus will stop first at the bus station to pick up guests arriving at 2:45pm, and will then go to the Best Western to pick up any remaining passengers. Both buses will then travel to the party, a 25-minute drive. There will be two bus pickups to return you to the Best Western: at 8:00pm, and at 10:00pm. *If your plans have changed and you have found alternative transportation to the party, please let us know so we can offer your seat to another guest.* If you haven't yet reserved a seat on the shuttle bus, we’re sorry that at this point we won’t be able to provide you transportation from the hotel to the party. You can book a taxi to the house – we recommend Kingston Kabs, which will be about $50 each way: 845-331-TAXI (8294). They need at least an hour's notice for pickup. Rideshares are not usually available in this area. If you want to get on the waitlist for a seat on the shuttle bus, please shoot us an email and we’ll let you know if a spot opens up.

Kingston Bus Stop

There are Trailways buses leaving Philadelphia and NYC Port Authority that leave every hour or two. This station is walking distance to the Best Western and Super 8 hotels. We are arranging a shuttle to take people from the station (and the hotel) to the party. Please note that the last bus out leaves at 7:30pm, and we are not currently planning on providing a shuttle to catch this bus – so if you want to go back the same night on public transit, please try to find a ride with a friend who has a car!

Comfortable option in walking distance to the bus station, with shuttle to the party. Check back for finalized shuttle bus schedule. Use the link below for a reduced rate on Aug 10! Reduced rate ranges from $240-289/night depending on which option you select. They will hold a block of rooms for us until June 10. Discount offer valid until July 10. Some people have reported issues with the link. Reservations can also be made by calling the hotel directly at 845 338 0400, and ask for the group "Kifferstein Nance Wedding" by name. **Standard check-in is at 3pm, which is after the shuttle leaves for the party. If you want to ensure an early check-in, you can do so for a fee. Otherwise, they will do their best to accommodate early check-ins as rooms become available. ***We wish we could invite all of your dogs to the party, but sadly it would get chaotic and disgusting. Pets are allowed at this hotel for a $25/day fee.

One of the more affordable options in walking distance from the Kingston bus station. Across the street from Best Western + shuttle to the venue.
