***PLEASE READ FOR EXCURSIONS USING RESORT CREDITS***
Each booked room receives resort credits based on the number of nights for staying at the resort. These can be used for excursions that the resort offers along with the spa (note that only a certain amount of credits can be used for the spa). For a seamless transition please download the "Palace Resorts" app on your phone and inquire on excursions using the contact below.
1) Once app is downloaded, sign up with your reservation/confirmation number and last name
2) Click on account and at the top swipe left to view your resort credits
3) On the home tab - > vacation planners
4) From there you can view the various excursions and amenities that the resort has to offer and can request in advance by EMAILING the contact below.
5) ONLY 20% OF RESORT CREDITS CAN BE USED AT THE SPA
There are other excursions that are not listed on the app
- dolphin swim
- jet pack
- snorkeling
