When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP at your earliest convenience, but no later than April 1st. Our guest numbers and meal selection will be due shortly afterwards and we want to make sure everyone is counted!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there isn't a dress code, most of those I have spoken with intend to wear something beachy, but still ceremony appropriate. Since we have elected to not have a bridal party with matching dresses and groomsmen colors, we would like all our guests and family to be a part of our "wedding party" by wearing some shade of purple. It is not a must-do, and please don't feel obligated, but we would love it you would entertain the idea.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would appreciate everyone being at the hotel at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Should you arrive earlier than that, there is a hotel bar just inside the doors to the back patio. Feel free to relax until everyone is ready to be seated outside.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our reception will start shortly after the beach ceremony. Please note, there will be plenty of appetizers and hors d'oeuvres before the full meal, so arrive hungry! We will have music, dancing, and an open bar. (At least, until the limit has been reached!)

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
