When does our room need to be booked by?

Answer

As soon as you can. Please use the block of rooms indicated on your invitation.

The wedding will be Black Tie Preferred.

There will be valet at the venue and there are parking garages nearby.

What are the COVID Precautions?

Answer

Proof of vaccination or a negative test will be needed before the event as requested with the invitation. Tables will be socially distant and there will be additional tables in the cocktail area for people who are uncomfortable taking their masks off to eat in the main ballroom. Further, there will be a way to illustrate comfort with close contact with other people.
