We have organized a room block at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables that is within walking distance from our wedding weekend activities (the bride and groom will also be staying there!). Miami International Airport

MIA is the closest airport to where wedding weekend activities will be based (4.5 miles from the Hyatt Regency room block). Uber/Lyft will be the easiest option for getting to and from the airport.

Shuttle

Shuttle from hotel to wedding venue

Bus transportation will be provided on Saturday to & from the Hyatt Regency to the wedding venue. Pickup at the hotel will be at 3:45pm and return buses will leave the venue at the end of the wedding at 11:00pm. If you opt to not take the bus, Uber/Lyft is available and there is also parking at the venue. Please see the FAQ section for more details about parking at Fairchild.

Travel Note

Do I need a car?

No! Friday's and Sunday's activities are walkable from the Hyatt Regency (5-10 minutes walking) and we're coordinating shuttles for transportation to the wedding venue on Saturday. There's also plenty of great sights to see in Coral Gables that are walkable as well. If you do plan on having a car, there's valet and self parking available at the hotel for a fee.
