When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 14th so we can provide our caterer with an accurate headcount. RSVPs can be submitted on our wedding website.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please refer to our "Travel" page for information on the guest room block available at the Hyatt Regency in Coral Gables. Feel free to research any other hotels/Airbnb in the area as you wish.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Please note that the venue requires our guests to park/arrive at the South Entrance, not the Main Entrance. The venue also requires that valet be used to park your car due to the area being dimly lit in the evenings. Uber/Lyft is also available if you choose to not take the provided bus transportation from the Hyatt Regency to Fairchild.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

As much as we'd love to invite all of your children, we are only able to invite children of close family to our wedding. We hope you'll understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest numbers on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests whose names are included on the wedding invitation at this time. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

Saturday Wedding attire: Black Tie Optional. We kindly ask that men wear a tuxedo or a suit & tie. For women, a floor-length dress or a very formal cocktail dress or dressy jumpsuit is preferred. Friday Welcome Event attire: Resort Chic. Bright colors, fun prints, and light fabrics are encouraged. For men, we suggest pants paired with a button-down or polo (jackets aren't necessary but please no shorts). For women, think breezy dresses, chic jumpsuits, or dressy matching sets.

What will the weather be like?

Bienvenidos a Miami all of you out-of-towners! The average temperature in late April is typically in the 70s and 80s. Expect pleasantly warm with a nice breeze!

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with beautiful views of the gardens at Fairchild. Then we'll move indoors for dinner and dancing the night away.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

When you receive your formal invitation, please specify any dietary restrictions with your RSVP. If you have any specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll notify our caterer.
