Santa Fe was founded in 1610 as a Spanish colony, and was the first city in the US to be labeled as a UNESCO creative city. Santa Fe is also the oldest capital city in the US. The city has historic architecture and a vibrant arts scene.
Meow Wolf Santa Fe
Meow Wolf is an arts company, with an interactive art museum, that was started in Santa Fe. If you only have time to do one thing in Santa Fe this would be what we'd recommend! It's right down the road from the venue and it is possible to walk there from the Mystic. If you are interested in going, we highly recommend looking at getting tickets a head of time. At least one month out, it's a very popular tourist destination. Meow wolf has locations across the country now in Las Vegas, Denver, and a couple locations in Texas; and was initially funded by George RR Martin of Game of Thrones fame.
