Can't wait to see you there! - Lobster and avocado ceviche - Shrimp and bacon skewer - Chicken skewer in satay sauce - Beef skewer with teriyaki sauce - Cassava & banana chips with tropical sauce and guacamole Reception is at 6:45 pm This is a five course meal, you don't have to choose an option since you will get one of each Appetizers - Mango and peppermint prawn salad - Sautéed scallops with endives and vanilla roasted apple Dinner - Beef tenderloin with mustard sauce - Stuffed chicken with mushrooms and almond chimichurri with semi-dried tomato Sides - Creole potato puree - Asparagus with rocoto peppers Desserts - Chocolate mojito rum cake - Mango mousse cake with passion fruit glaze After Party is at 12:00 am If you've worked up an appetite after all that dancing, don't worry, waiters will be walking around with some small bites!
