What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the 4pm ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking behind the Vandiver Inn. Street parking is also available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have transportation: A shuttle will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Vandiver Inn at 3:10pm and 3:40pm. Return shuttle from the Vandiver Inn to the Hilton Garden Inn at 8pm and 9pm. Return shuttle from Coakleys Pub (after party location) to the Hilton Garden Inn at 10:30pm, 11:30pm, and 12:15am.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and reception will both be held indoors.
