Our first date was at The Outpost Tavern in Baltimore. Kyle was late because he couldn't find parking and Alyssa's earring fell off in the bar. Nevertheless, it all worked out.
The Proposal
December 16, 2023
Kyle bought a Christmas ornament that said "Alyssa, will you marry me?", put it on the tree and waited for the right time. It was up for two weeks before he proposed! To Alyssa's benefit it was on the back of the tree. On a quiet Saturday morning, Kyle told Alyssa he bought a new ornament and when she found it he was down on one knee. Kyle proposed over bagels and coffee with The Eras Tour on in the background. It was truly perfect.
