Arriving at Stuttgart Airport
Stuttgart Airport to Tübingen (1 hour in total): After you arrive at Stuttgart airport, take the 828 bus to Tübingen. It leaves once per hour from the bus stop in front of the main terminal. You can see the bus stop's exact location if you click the link. You will have to pay in cash in the front of the bus; so make sure to have enough Euros (8 euro/person). Arriving at Frankfurt Airport
Frankfurt Airport main station to Tübingen (up to 2.45 hours in total): Make your way to Terminal 1, where you find Frankfurt Airport main station (Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof). From there, you will take the German fast train (called ICE) to Stuttgart. This will take 2 hours. From Stuttgart main station, you will take the regional train to Tübingen. This will take 1 hour. Munich Airport to Tübingen (4 hours in total): Take the regional train to Munich central station (München Hauptbahnhof). This should take less than 30 minutes. From there, take the German fast train (called ICE) to Stuttgart main station (Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof). This part of your journey will take 2.5 hours. From Stuttgart main station take the regional train to Tübingen. This will take 1 hour.
