Gloomy Day At The Beach: circa July 2014 One Summer, Tyler and two of his groomsmen found themselves in Acadia, Maine on a fantastic vacation which was certainly tame and not filled with alcohol, kids playsets, and debauchery. Unbeknownst to Tyler, Martha was in the exact same area visiting her beloved Aunt and Cousins. On a gloomy and cloudy day, Tyler and his two friends were climbing the rocks high above Sand Beach. On his way down to the sandy shores, Tyler heard a voice call from the distance,..it was Martha. Tyler had just recently thought about giving up his pursuit of her thinking it a fool's errand. This odd crossover of vacations and rainy beach day was the only sign he needed to move forward with his efforts. College Study Group: circa October 2014 Long story short, kids. JOIN A STUDY GROUP. Martha struggled through the beginning of Music History 1 along with several others, so study groups were had, all nighters were pulled, and friends were made. Sometimes, these study groups would be small... just 3 or 4 people at the meeting. Tyler made sure to show up to every single one. He would show up without a notebook, without a pencil, without a laptop, and without a book (suspicious?). He, nonetheless added to the conversation and just was a pleasant presence in the group. As finals came looming, a close friendship built on trust and academics blossomed, and before either party knew it they had a best friend at school.
