Charter Bus from the Reception to the Oxford Suites

Please note that our venue is approximately 20 minutes outside of downtown Paso Robles. We would not recommend fully depending on ride share services in order to safely arrive home given that the venue is fairly isolated. A charter bus service will be available from the venue to the Oxford Suites Paso Robles hotel block at the end of the night. The charter bus is available for all guests (including those who may be seeking other accommodations in the Paso Robles area), but please note that the bus will be making a single stop at the Oxford Suites. There should be more ride share availability within the downtown Paso Robles area if you need to make a second trip. Guests can feel free to leave cars overnight at the venue and utilize the charter bus to return to Paso Robles at the end of the night, but must pick up any vehicles from the lot by 11:30 AM Sunday morning.

Flight

SLO County Airport

For guests arriving from out-of-state, the SLO County Airport is the closest airport to the venue. This airport is a 35 minute drive to downtown Paso Robles and a 50 minute drive to the venue. Please note that this is a small regional airport with more limited flight availability, but there are direct flight option from Seattle (Woohoo!) and other major cities, and there are various rental car agencies on-site.

For those interested in alternative flight options, there are a handful of airports that are within driving distance of Paso Robles. These options include San Jose Mineta International Airport (2.5 hour drive), Fresno Yosemite International Airport (2 hours), Santa Barbara Airport (2 hours), and Monterey Regional Airport (1.75 hours).
