What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt and women wear a dress or dressy separates. We will be on grass for the ceremony, so plan footwear accordingly. Look good, feel good

What kind of transportation is available at Tetherow Resort?

Answer

There are resort golf carts that will gladly bring you from your vacation home/cottage to the venue, or feel free to walk! Tetherow also offers a complimentary 14 person shuttle to downtown Bend, Old Mill, Etc. They also have a Wagoneer as a shuttle option! Rides to RDM Airport are offered at $65 per car

Yes. We will have beer, wine and cocktails. Penny is paying

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Pics or it didn't happen, but please refrain from using phones during the ceremony

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Bend is high desert, so we could see any type of weather, but the evenings will likely be colder. As the date gets closer, we will make sure to post weather updates! 10/4/2024 was sunny with a high of 80 and low of 48.

What are the best hikes in the area?

Answer

Depends! We recommend downloading the AllTrails app. Smith Rock, Shevlin Park, Tumalo Falls, Green Lake Trail, Tumalo Mountain, Pilot Butte and Lava Butte are some options! But, if you prefer to stick to paved trail, walking around old mill is a good (flat) option!

We love your little ones, but we have chosen to keep our ceremony and reception limited to those 10 years old and up. Please reach out with any questions!

It might not feel like it right away, but when you are at Tetherow Resort, you are at 3800'
