1.  Pick up your marriage license together at any WV county clerks office {$56} 

2. Get married by MarryMeInWV.com {within 60 days}

3. Take license back to clerks office by 4pm and receive your marriage certificates.


In Berkeley county, you will go with your fiancé to the the clerks office at 100 W. King Street in Martinsburg across from the library M-F 9am-5pm with your 
driver's licenses and $56.
