How do I get married in WV?
What to do:
1. Find the most convenient clerk's office in WV to obtain your marriage license.
2. Take your fiancé, a form of identification and $60 to the clerk's office Mon-Fri 9-4pm.
3. Have a ceremony within 60 days of obtaining your marriage license.
4. Take your signed marriage license back to the same clerk's office that issued it to you, turn it in and receive your marriage certificate.
