To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Unfortunately, we will not have room for additional guests beyond what is specified on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

To allow all our guests a night of relaxation and fun, we've chosen to keep our wedding adults-only. Exceptions are made only for our flower girl, ring bearer, and immediate family. Your invitation will indicate the number of seats reserved in your honor.

Dress code is semi-formal. We encourage florals and pastels to match our garden theme, but wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Please avoid denim, casual sneakers, and white attire. Since the ceremony is outdoors on grass, we recommend block heels or dressy flats. A coat room will be available.

Our venue is fully ADA-compliant with ground-floor ceremony and reception spaces, step-free access throughout, accessible parking near the main entrance, and ADA-compliant restrooms. We also offer an 8-seater golf cart for guests who need transportation to their seats.

We kindly request that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream, allowing the bride to shine on her special day. Beyond these colors, feel free to choose an outfit that makes you feel confident and comfortable.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on a grassy venue, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception. We can't wait to celebrate with you in this beautiful setting.

We recommend arriving by 4:00pm, allowing you plenty of time to find your seat and get settled before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

For guests staying at the AmericInn by Wyndham Princeton IL, we're providing complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and our wedding venue. On our wedding day, shuttles will depart from the hotel to the venue at 3:40 PM. Return service will be available from the venue back to the hotel at 9:30 PM and 11:00 PM.

Absolutely! You're welcome to leave your car in the venue parking lot overnight and pick it up the next day.

Yes, we'll have an open bar featuring a selection of house spirits for all our guests. Premium cocktails will also be available for purchase throughout the evening for those interested in upgrading their drink.
