Our dear friend, Frankie, snapped some gnarly engagement photos of us on a drizzly day in Old Town Leesburg—the area where we ended our first date as an official couple, with Belgian beer, waffle, and frites at Delirium Cafe after a Memorial Day weekend hike on Sugarloaf Mountain in 2018. We absolutely love all of them, but even more so, love that he captured these moments of what's to come in our future with the opportunity to participate in a mission of love in mind that means a lot to us (and we will be teaching our kids one day!). We donated funds for him to minister to the homeless in the District and be that instrument of God's Love to them by supplying food, through intent conversation, and ultimately, allowing us to always remember the dignity of human life no matter who we are.
