Schedule

Here's what to expect on our wedding day. There will be a reminder in your programs and our wedding planner to guide you. We can't wait to celebrate!

Welcome Drinks

9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Copperwood Tavern at One Loudoun
20465 Exchange Street, Ashburn, VA 20147

Gather with us the night before our big day at the bar for some drinks and good company so we can truly make it a wedding weekend to remember. We hope to see you there! *not an open bar. Covid note: They have garage windows that completely open to the outside in the front area where the bar is and have assured us they will keep them open for air circulation. They also have a patio area. While we hope as many people as possible will be able to attend, there may be limited capacity. Bar Louie is just a few blocks down if you can't get in right away!

Ceremony

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

St. Theresa Catholic Church
21371 Saint Theresa Lane, Ashburn, VA 20147

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses.

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15-25 minutes early. Don't be late! Covid note: The church is BIG and can accommodate over 400+ people, so there's plenty of space to spread out and create distance where everyone is comfortable. Masks, of course, are welcome.

Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Blue Hill Farm
15957 Clarkes Gap Road, Waterford, VA 20197

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses. There's grass all around and a gravel driveway, so maybe rethink those stilettos.

First, there will be a cocktail hour with light appetizers and then a BBQ feast to follow. Don't worry, we will have plenty of napkins to go around and many mothers with Tide pens in their purses. Covid note: The entire setting is an outdoor venue, with a tent for dinner and a wide-open carriage house for dancing.

For all the days along the way
