We have room blocks reserved at the Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Downtown/Loop and The Midland Hotel, Chicago, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Both are located downtown. The Residence Inn has more consistently high reviews, and The Midland Hotel has a more competitive price. Once you know you’re coming, we recommend reserving a hotel room as soon as possible, as August is a busy time for travel in Chicago. Our hotel blocks are limited, but can expand if guests book early and rooms are available. There are many other hotel and rental options in and around Chicago! Even if you’re not staying at one of the hotels listed on our website, you can still use the shuttle; we'll be providing details about a shuttle to and from the venue soon!

For our out-of-town guests, either of Chicago’s major airports provide convenient access to the city through the Blue Line “L” service (O’Hare) and the Orange Line “L” service (Midway). Additionally, there are numerous taxi/rideshare (including Uber and Lyft) and car rental options available from either airport.
