Shuttle

Our shuttle will pickup from both room block hotel options and will offer drop offs at the end of the evening. If you choose to stay at a different hotel or Airbnb you are still welcome to take the shuttle from either pick up location. The shuttle will leave at 3:00 p.m. from each hotel and begin return trips every hour starting at 8:00 p.m. If you are not planning to take the shuttle you will need to take an Uber or a Lyft as there is no parking at or near the event site (no street parking). Uber and Lyfts are available but can be scarce so please plan accordingly.
Flight
Boston (Boston Logan International) and New York (JFK) will have the most options for flight times and non-stop flights for those flying across the country, however both are roughly 2 hours away. Bradley International Airport (BDL) is a smaller airport, but is only 30 minutes away from the room blocks/suggested hotels.
Hotel
This is one of the hotels that we contracted a room block option for with a discount code. Avon Old Farms offers scenic grounds which will be perfect for our New England fall setting. There will also be free breakfast included in your stay! If you choose to book your room at Avon Old Farms please remember to use our discount code when you call or follow the link above for our room block. On the day of the wedding we will have a shuttle pick up and drop off from this location.

Hotel
We have selected the Residence Inn as our other choice for a room block for our out of town guests who may need the extra space. These rooms include a small kitchenette and living room space. There will also be a free breakfast included with your stay. If you choose to use the Residence Inn as your accommodations please use the link provided to get the discounted rate. On the day of the wedding we will have a shuttle pick up and drop off from this location.

House Or Rental
If you would like to find an Airbnb or use a different hotel there are plenty in the area! Our only recommendation is to attempt to stay close to our recommended hotels for shuttle purposes. As mentioned, there are limited Ubers and Lyfts in the area and there will not be any parking available at the wedding site. We ask that you plan ahead and schedule your transportation or be close enough to the two shuttle pick up/drop-off sites.
