Unfortunately, there is zero parking at or near the reception site (no street parking). In order to accommodate for this we will be providing a shuttle service that will have two pick up locations, as well as return rides throughout the night. The two locations that the shuttle will be making stops are the Avon Old Farms Hotel and the Residence Inn Hartford Avon. If you would like to take an Uber or Lyft please plan ahead as availability is sometimes scarce. If you are not staying at either room block, you are still welcome to use the shuttle service and parking will be available at each hotel if needed. Please see the travel section for shuttle times.
Bradley International in Hartford is the closest and easiest to fly into. Non-stop flights may be limited depending on where you are flying from. Boston and JFK will have more direct flight options, but both are about 2 hours away.
