Question
Will I need to wear a mask?
Answer
As of today June 27, 2021, we are not requiring guests to wear a mask at the wedding. If you are staying at the hotel and taking the shuttle, you will also not be required to wear a mask as this is considered private transportation.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside, and our cocktail hour will also be outside. The cocktail hour will be under a covered patio with fans. The reception will be held inside.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a room block setup at the Desmond Hotel Malvern, a DoubleTree by Hilton. Check the travel page for details: https://www.zola.com/wedding/marriedfilingfox/travel

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
If you are staying at the Desmond Hotel, we have coordinated for an air-conditioned school bus to take any guests staying there over to the venue. It will also run after the reception to take people back to the hotel.

What time will the shuttle do drop-off and pick-up?
Answer
The shuttle will be leaving from the Desmond Hotel at 5:00 PM and arriving at Terrain at 5:15 PM. It will be there to begin pick up at 10:50 PM, at the end of the evening.

Is there parking for the wedding?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking outside the venue if you are driving.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
If you check the schedule page, you will see what we plan on doing over the weekend. However, these events are not mandatory and are just a casual, come hangout if you're available.

Can I edit my RSVP for the weekend events (not the wedding)?
Answer
Yes, you can go to the wedding website and follow the same RSVP process, which will allow you to change your RSVP. If you need to change your RSVP for the wedding, please contact Jeshanah or Matt directly.

What breweries will we be going to on Saturday?
Answer
We are still working on this and will get a schedule out closer to the date of the wedding.
Question
What bar will we be at for the welcome drinks on Thursday night?
Answer
We will be at the Hotel Bar.
