We met in New York, at the American Museum of Natural History, while we both lived in Maine. Maddie was on her way to New Hampshire from Florida and Caleb left from Connecticut. Maddie doesn't really remember their first date, but she must've liked it cuz here we are. Caleb had a nice train ride. For the record, neither of us even liked the museum that much, but we sure did like each other.

After nearly a year of some very unconvincing lies to themselves and everyone around them, Maddie finally cracked. She asked Caleb if he wanted to date for real. She and Caleb talked about their feelings and, well, here we are.
